Mother Nature has thrown a wrench into our plans for the ride this morning. We are shifting our logistics to keep everyone safe. Occasional thunderstorms are predicted so we are postponing the ride until Sunday, July 27. We are not equipped for text communication to warn you should severe weather occur nor have enough SAG vehicles to facilitate evacuation.
We WILL be open for riders to pick up t-shirts Saturday starting at 7am and lunch and ice cream will be served at Rhuester’s Friendly Village from 10:30am until 1:30pm. However, we are not able to open rest stops for those of you who may want to ride. Our rest stops are not enclosed buildings.
We are trying to make arrangements for those of you who are available to ride Sunday to follow the same schedule that was planned for Saturday (except your lunch would be moved to the Bass Creek Cafe).
Unfortunately, for those of you who cannot ride on Sunday we are not able to refund entry fees. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control. We thank you for your donation.
